First of all, creating a safe space and giving opportunities to people with disabilities in a workplace is such a beautiful thing to do. Though I've never had trouble with service and I'm not sure if this is even the case, I want to remind others that there is a possibility that disabilities can impact social communication, as simple as greetings. So, I recommend customers to remember this is a possibility and to be kind and understanding. Lattes and baked goods and pretty good here. It is always a nice stop for an early coffee and snack to get the day started. I personally like the honey lavender latte for its subtle floral taste with an alternative sweetener, but there are a variety of choices available. Prices are fair for the economy. Love Able Coffee Roasters and can't wait to return!

This is my favorite coffee shop in Fullerton! Not only do I love the coffee and the ambiance, I also love how they prioritize hiring people with disabilities, who might otherwise have difficulty gaining work experience and finding gainful employment. I was so happy when Able opened up a second location in Fullerton, as it's much more convenient for me to swing by here than make the trek to Huntington Beach. The shop is located in the former Coffee Bean location near the 57 and Cal State Fullerton. This space has excellent indoor seating, with several large tables and large windows that provide a lot of natural light. It's a great place to come and get some work or studying done. As for the coffee, every espresso-based drink I've tried has been delicious. The food is good, though overpriced for what you get (think typical hipster coffee shop food/prices). And I've always had excellent, friendly service. I've enjoyed the three times I've come here and look forward to coming back again soon!

Cute little coffee shop that I stumbled upon! I recently moved to the Fullerton area so I thought I would explore some of the coffee places nearby and this one is like a 3 minute drive from me so I said why not! When you walk in, you're immediately greeted by the workers and they make you feel super welcome! The interior is super cute and modern looking. As for the coffee, it was decent! I can't really comment on the coffee as I got a matcha latte but it wasn't bad! It just didn't taste as matcha -y as I like but it was a nice little pick me up in the morning before a hike. The next time I go I will try an actual coffee just to see how they make it here. All in all a cute little coffee place that I do intend on visiting again soon :)

My new go to coffee shop! It's right across Cal State Fullerton and the parking was spacious. It clears out pretty fast so there was a lot of seating as well. Service is pleasant and they were playing the entire Taylor Swift discovery. I got the matcha latte with vanilla as the sweetener, and the matcha and the vanilla balanced perfectly and it was so yummy. The matcha was alittle grainy but I didn't mind it. The ac is strong so I recommend taking a jacket and I wish they closed later but other than that I will be going back.

Nice little coffee shop on/near the Fullerton campus. The music was nice, the place was clean and the service was quick! I ordered the Butterfly tea which from the looks and taste of it, seems like lavender lemonade. It's pretty tasty! We also ordered an espresso which was good and got the Able-ritto which was a steak burrito. The burrito didn't come out as quickly as the drinks of course, but it was worth the wait! Very hot and pretty flavorful for a coffee shop! It came with smashed avocado, green salsa and a packet of Tapatio hot sauce-- lots of flavor opt We came when school just got back in session so most of the seats were taken in the cafe, but we luckily shared a large communal table with a couple other people! The price was a little steep, but that seems to be the trend for coffee shops these days, we paid $26 for the two drinks and burrito-- BUT I've since learned that all the proceeds of this place help with research and employment to people with Autism which is actually pretty awesome!

This marks my 100th coffee shop review on Yelp, thanks to fellow yelper Sam B. who suggested this as one of few options. In summary I give it 4 stars for its drinks, but giving extra star for its mission of providing jobs for people with disabilities, as well as sourcing/roasting organic coffee. It's located across from Cal State Fullerton in a fairly spacious plaza with good amount of parking, although most are 30 minutes only. Ordered two drinks from its seasonal menu, and one of its lemonades. Elope Mint Mojito was similar to the mojito drink at Philz, although flavor was less pronounced. It was still refreshing and tasty. White Sesame Butter Latte was really good. Somewhat similar to black sesame latte at some other places but less bitter. It had a smooth flavor profile, and kind of reminded me of sweet sesame crackers I used to eat in Korea. Butterfly Pea Lemonade didn't taste that different from regular lemonade, but the presentation was nice due to its purple color. This was the perfect drink for my kid. Inside is spacious and inviting, with a minimalist decor. Would definitely come back to support this coffee shop. Next time I'll try more of its regular menu items.

Able Coffee Roasters.. let's talk about it !! Another coffee shop down and crossed off from my list. I'm currently on a mission to try as many coffee shops and I'm so glad I was able to come here. The aesthetics of this place are amazing, very artsy and modern at the same time. You can definitely come here to study or do homework or even just come here with some friends it has a great ambiance. The customer service here is great the lady working the registers was sweet. Now let's talk about the coffee the real deal! I tried a coffee from their Spring menu because I'm all about trying to new things and I'm happy to say I was not disappointed at all. The salted Sakura latte is absolutely amazing, it's a cherry blossom latte and I personally thought the flavors were very complementary. The honey lavender latte was actually one of the best ones I've had so far, a lot of lattes don't have a very present lavender taste but this one did. Over all thoughts.. Great coffee with an amazing message and value.

A Yelp search pointed me to this establishment while I was in the area looking for a coffee shop that was open late in the day. It was a little after 5pm and most of the independent places that brew coffee were already closed. The interior is clean, modern, and comfortable. The space they've created is truly inviting. I ordered a hot vanilla latte and, wanting something small to eat, also got a chai pudding. I was actually desiring a pastry but saw none so took their only visible offering. The latte was very good, above average and better than anything you'd get at any of those big-chain coffee places. I'm not the biggest fan of chai pudding and this didn't change my opinion. It's okay and I ate most of it, telling myself that this was much more healthy than a pastry. The granola and berries provided helped make it tastier and less boring. Their posted mission statement, to provide employment for those with disabilities, is admirable and lifted this review from a 3 to 4.
